Tri-State Forwarding Inc. is a licensed US Customs Broker, licensed NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier), and IATA-accredited freight forwarder. Our services include international and domestic freight forwarding, customs brokerage, warehousing, trucking coordination, international courier, and freight consolidation.
All services are subject to a separate freight services agreement, rate confirmation, or booking confirmation, which together with these Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties for each shipment.

Tri-State can arrange cargo insurance on your behalf upon written request. Standard carrier liability is limited and typically does not cover the full value of goods. If you do not request insurance, you assume all risk for cargo loss or damage beyond carrier liability limits.
You agree not to tender for transport any goods that are prohibited by applicable law or carrier regulations, including but not limited to: narcotics, weapons, counterfeit goods, goods infringing intellectual property rights, or goods prohibited by US export control laws (EAR/ITAR). Clients are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable export control regulations.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tri-State Forwarding, its officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from: your breach of these Terms; inaccurate or incomplete shipment information; violations of applicable law; or your negligence or willful misconduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York County, New York, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
